​Migrant Health Network

​Clinch River Health Services participa en el sistema de Southwest Virginia Community Health Systems’ Migrant Health Network, un servicio para los trabajadores migrantes. Un asistente comunitaria está disponible en el area de servicio del Clinch River Health Services para identificar a los problemas de salud y para ayudar a los trabajadores a obtener atención médica en nuestra clínica.

El Migrant Health Network (MHN) o “Alianza de Salud” provea servicios de salud basicos para trabajadores migrantes y temporales del campo y para sus familias en el sur-oeste de Virginia. Un programa de Southwest Virginia Community Health Systems, Inc. el MHN, “Alianza de Salud” esta financiado por la Bureau of Primary Care, Migrant Health Division.

Clinch River Health Services participates in Southwest Virginia Community Health Systems’ Migrant Health Network. An outreach worker is available in the center’s service area to identify health problems and assist farm-workers to obtain healthcare at our facility.

The Migrant Health Network (MHN) or “Health Alliance” provides basic health services for migrant and seasonal farm workers and their families in southwest Virginia. A program of Southwest Virginia Community Health Systems, Inc. the MHN , “Alliance of Health” is funded by the Bureau of Primary Care, Migrant Health Division.
